You have 30 days to return the order after receiving it.
It is not possible to return the order after this period.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return.
There is no restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return transport.
We do not accept exchanges.

If you change your mind, you can return the goods for any reason within 30 days of delivery. It is not possible to return the goods after this time. Contact us first to initiate a return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and help you resolve the situation.

The parcel must be securely packaged, the goods must be new and in their original packaging with all original tags. We recommend using a shipping company that provides shipment tracking. Please note that you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing refunds typically takes up to 7 days after we receive the returned order.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item then to send the original item back please follow our returns procedure and then place a new order for the item you require.

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please let us know at support@plushliving.shop. Please include your order number, a photo of the product and a description of the problem and we will try to resolve it.

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped or processed. After that, you cannot cancel your order. However, you can always return it after you receive it.
