Can I return an item?
You can return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the parcel for any reason. It is not possible to return the goods after this time.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please let us know at support@plushliving.shop. Please include your order number, a photo of the product and a description of the problem and we will try to resolve it.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
