30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email us at contact@plushliving.co. Our support team will provide you with a prepaid return label. You will not be charged for return shipping.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement if requested.
PlushLiving does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at contact@plushliving.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return at no cost to you. Refunds or replacements will be offered once we receive the item and verify the issue.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for any reason, including size issues, damage, or a simple change of mind. Please contact us at contact@plushliving.co with the details, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge as long as the dispatch confirmation email has not been sent.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once your items arrive.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 days (Monday to Sunday) of receiving your returned item at our facility. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
